3. Eligibility

5. Payments & Fees

  • Membership fees are charged in advance and are clearly displayed at checkout

  • All payments are final unless otherwise stated

  • You are responsible for any additional costs incurred when using partner services

6. Refunds & Cancellations

  • Memberships are non-refundable once activated, due to immediate access to benefits

  • You may cancel renewal at any time before the next billing cycle

  • Failure to use the membership does not qualify for a refund

7. Use of Services

You agree not to:

  • Misuse or attempt to exploit membership benefits

  • Provide false information

  • Use the Services for unlawful purposes

  • Resell or transfer membership access without authorisation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate memberships for misuse.

8. Third-Party Services

Our Services include access to third-party providers. We:

  • Do not guarantee the performance of third-party services

  • Are not liable for delays, cancellations, or service issues caused by partners

  • Recommend reviewing partner terms before booking

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses

  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for your membership

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, branding, design) is owned by or licensed to World Elite Card. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute it without permission.

11. Privacy

Your use of our Services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, in accordance with UK GDPR.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of any changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

15. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

 

15.1 Contact Requirement

If you have any issue with your membership, billing, or services, you agree to contact us directly in the first instance at [Insert Email Address] so we can attempt to resolve the matter promptly.

15.2 Chargebacks

By purchasing a membership, you agree not to initiate a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your bank or payment provider without first making a reasonable attempt to resolve the issue with us.

Where a chargeback is initiated without prior contact:

  • We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate your membership access

  • Any associated benefits will be revoked

  • You may be restricted from future purchases

15.3 Legitimate Disputes

Nothing in this clause limits your legal rights under applicable law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Legitimate disputes will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and we will cooperate with your payment provider where required.

15.4 Evidence & Verification

We reserve the right to provide relevant evidence to payment processors in the event of a dispute, including:

  • Proof of purchase

  • Membership activation records

  • Usage of benefits

  • Communication history

15.5 Administrative Fees

Where a chargeback is found to be fraudulent, abusive, or initiated without reasonable cause, we reserve the right to recover:

  • The original transaction amount

  • Any associated chargeback or administrative fees

15.6 Reinstatement

If a chargeback is reversed in our favour, reinstatement of membership access will be at our sole discretion.

17. Digital Services Waiver

17.1 Immediate Supply of Digital Services

By purchasing the Membership, you expressly request that access to digital services and associated benefits be made available immediately upon completion of your order.

17.2 Acknowledgement of Waiver

You acknowledge and agree that:

  • The Membership constitutes a digital service and provides immediate access to benefits, platforms, and partner privileges

  • Performance of the service begins as soon as your Membership is activated

  • You will receive access to benefits before the expiry of any statutory cancellation period

17.3 Loss of Cancellation Rights

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you understand and agree that:

  • Once the digital service has begun, your right to cancel may be lost or reduced

  • Where services have been fully performed, your right to cancel is extinguished

17.4 Use of Benefits

Any access to or use of Membership benefits—including but not limited to:

  • Logging into member platforms

  • Accessing partner services

  • Making enquiries or bookings

may be treated as commencement of the service.

17.5 Confirmation of Consent

By completing your purchase, you confirm that:

  • You have given express consent for immediate performance of the service

  • You understand that this may impact your right to cancel

  • You agree to proceed on this basis
